“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.  And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”  Mark 11:24-25

Faith is trust.  Faith trusts in Jesus and His will for our lives.  Our prayer is just that talking to God in faith.  He wants us to be sure of His true blessings and true riches.  Don’t be mislead, though.  God is not a slot machine where we, with greedy hearts can just think of something we want, say a prayer, and then start acting like it is ours.  No, God wants us to pray according to His will.  As we do, we find that we pray for good things and we are blessed with those good things, especially the forgiveness He desires to provide us all.  May we forgive others so that we are forgiven as well.
