 Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, ¹⁴ but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”  John 4:13-14

What are you thirsty for?  Beyond cold ice water on a summer day or a refreshing brew after mowing the grass, what do you thirst for?  What do you crave?  Ever crave Freedom?  I rejoice with many as Pastor Brunson was set free in Turkey today.  He’s been in prison for two years.  Two years!  I can only imagine the thirst for freedom.  Yet, no matter the sweet taste of freedom in this life, there will be a time it ends.  Our bodies will succumb to the consequence of sin and death will occur.  But thanks be to Jesus, the water He gives is “a spring of water welling up to eternal life!”  That is true freedom!  Freedom from sin and the prison of its clutches.  Not just for you, but for your children.  Let them know of God’s love and freedom freely given them in Jesus.  Stay thirsty, my friends!
